The Story

CheckBAC is a company working to prevent the harmful impact of alcohol abuse through its alcohol consumption monitoring products. Those products include the CheckBAC Breathalyzer, a portable, Bluetooth-enabled device that provides accurate alcohol readings and uploads results to a supervisor via the app, and the CheckBAC Drive Module, a vehicle control device that prevents a vehicle from starting unless a breath alcohol test is passed. 

As the company expanded, it encountered challenges with the scalability and maintenance of its existing platform, which had been pieced together by various contractors over a long period, utilizing a wide range of differing technologies. Corrisoft recommended Slingshot to CheckBAC due to our proven ability to solve complex technical challenges.

Hitting The Target

The project is ongoing. We continue working with CheckBAC to improve the platform steadily within the client’s budget. The team focuses on stabilizing the existing system and adding essential features.
