Innovation in any industry requires big ideas, rapid iteration, and early and often customer involvement.
At this talk, we’ll speak on how the Lean process helps facilitate continued innovation and specifically how it’s applied for developing leading edge software products. We’ll look at how Lean came to be and go through examples where the principles weren’t followed, leading to some interesting results, as well as look at some examples where the process was applied effectively.
Beyond software, the principles of Lean are applicable to any industry and out of this talk there will be real takeaways for everyone involved.
The event will be held from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Wednesday April 18th at Franklin College.
