P3 was founded by Heather Rose, who had nearly two decades of patient service experience. She was frustrated with the existing solutions, most of which were built on Salesforce, and wanted a highly configurable, scalable product that integrated well with other platforms. Heather came to Slingshot because of our expertise in building easy-to-use, well-designed products and systems.
