After working with us on their Z-Control mobile app, Zoeller came back to Slingshot seeking help with their sales rep portal. Reps counted on the portal for real time access to customer orders and important document access. The previous system had been developed internally, but after 15 years of use, was outdated. It wasn’t designed for use with mobile phones, making it difficult to use in the field. The site lacked a solid organization scheme, and sales reps also had trouble accessing important documents quickly when they needed them.

Taking Aim
We knew that the platform would need to be mobile friendly, so that users could access it in the field. We also knew it needed direct access to real time order data from Zoeller’s ERP system. Lastly, document security and access was paramount, to account for multiple different types of sales reps across different divisions and brands.
Objectives
- Design a simple navigation structure and modern UI.
- Provide real time status and reporting on orders and pending sales from Zoeller’s ERP system.
- Implement file management with robust security for the large Zoeller sales team.
- Empower Zoeller’s internal team to make updates to the portal.
Hitting The Target
Zoeller's new Sales Portal is all about making sure folks have quick access to the information they need. Sales reps can check the real time status of their orders and pending sales from Zoeller’s ERP system, right from their phones. Zoeller's marketing team can now share important messages to everyone on the portal. Uploading and accessing files is easy, and Zoeller’s internal team is empowered to make updates.
